Audra Martin Merrick is a digital leader with extensive experience across marketing, digital advertising, customer success, and business transformation. She has spent her career helping media companies, including The Economist and the New York Times, manage the intersection of audience, editorial, and technology. She's also a board member at the Drupal Association and therefor a perfect fit for our jury.

Janne Kalliola is the founder and CEO of Exove, a digital growth company with strong focus on open source. Besides working with Exove, Janne is the board member of Finnish and Estonian Drupal Associations, and has been organising Drupal CEO dinner together with Michel van Velde for several years.

Piyush Poddar is VP Sales & Partnerships at Axelerant, as accomplished entrepreneur and multi-faceted IT professional with 20 plus years of work experience. He enjoys speaking at international and local tech events; and is helping local tech start-ups by mentoring and advising on Business, Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Operational matters.

Renee Pearson is Director of Business Integration & Change Management - Digital Core at Georgia-Pacific LLC. As an executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading teams, cultivating change, and executing strategies to achieve business and enterprise goals, she has proven success in creating new products, services, and business models via technology by leveraging a strong background in strategy, innovation, and data and analytics.

Sander Mangel is CTO at Vue Storefront, a platform-agnostic PWA frontend for eCommerce, as well as a co-organizer of the Meet Magento Netherlands event. With a long history in both developing and consulting on eCommerce projects he knows the value of combining a robust tech stack, with easy-of-use and focus on great user experiences - points he is also looking for in the Splash Awards cases.

Waliur Rahman is Director at Drupal Camp London C.I.C. and is also working as a Specialist for Kubernetes and Drupal at NDP-Studio today. He has a strong professional background as Senior Customer Support Engineer at Acquia, knowing exactly how to handle highly scalable and secure Drupal applications for well known enterprise brands across the world.
